Pilot project
is 100 beds Mother
Child Health Care
& General
Hospital which
is under construction
at Bhubhar Kal,
District Chakwal
a 50 minutes drive
from our Corporate
office at DHA
Phase 2,Islamabad.
The selected
candidate would
be reporting to
CEO, BNM Hospital,
Corporate Office
at Islamabad and
CEO, Bin Qutab
Foundation Head
Office at Lahore.
Qualification
and Competences::
Graduate with
5 years experience
in similar position
in Pakistan.Ability
to work in partnership
with multiple
stakeholders.
Strong skills
of, negotiation
financial acumen,
team management,
meeting deadlines
and be systematic
alongwith analytical
problem solving,
Excellent written
and spoken English
with good presentation
and communication
skills.

*Leading Fund
Raising Concepts
Development, planning,
execution and
achieving target
results within
deadlines.
*Team Management
of Fund Raising
and Resource Development
and development
of partnership
with other stake
holders.
*Meetings, Presentations
and Negotiations
with Donors, Development
organizations,
private and public
sector groups
of National and
Multi-National
Levels and all
stake holders
of Federal, Provincial,
District level
including Philanthropists.
*Strategically
evolve and ensure
quality standards
in programme developments
and implementations.
*BQF Brand Building
through various
development mediums
and ultimately
achieving supportive
role of Media
of all levels.
*Ensuring that
all opportunities
pursued are in
alignment with
the organization
Vision, goals,
program principles
and strategic
plan.
*will be required
to travel to Branches
and Field Locations
regularly.
